Refund requests are reviewed individually within 7 days of purchase when there is a verified technical problem on our side that we are unable to fix. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, regional content availability, or limitations of third-party devices.

Once approved, refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
